2015 Events

Search Dog Network Community Events, 2015

Part of our mission is community education and SDN regularly holds or participates in community events designed to provide children, adults, and first responders with information about search and rescue.  SDN participated in several such events during 2015.

25 April, Search Dog Network participated in the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine, Vet School Open House.  SDN provided an informational booth and demonstration.

12 May, Search Dog Network, in cooperation with Alamo Area Search and Rescue, Search One Rescue, and Travis County Search and Rescue, participated in the Texas Department of Emergency Management Conference in San Antonio, TX.

11 June, Search Dog Network provided a presentation and conducted a demonstration at Camp Howdy in Bryan, TX.

18 June & 4 August, Search Dog Network conducted a demonstration at for the Aggieland Humane Society in Bryan, TX

21 & 27 June, 12 & 19 July, 28 October, Search Dog Network provided a presentation and conducted a demonstration at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX.

17 September, Search Dog Network participated in the National Night Out Kickoff Event in Bryan, TX.
